So the interview went well?
No fucking read on the interview at all. No worries to them on my qualifications or performance - all discussion around if I'd be satisfied and content as it's a step "down". It's a step closer to an awesomely managable life with little to no travel vs. my old job but as corporate men, they can't be sure I'd actually trade a little money in salary for family/life balance. We'll see what happens. I fought hard.
I say strap the buggers in bed and sleep in.
From the picture, it appears that it's time to hire that babysitter again and go get a massage and/or a pedicure today. Maybe even a facial!

It's amazing how busy you can be when you're out of work. It's a wonder how you got everything done while working, isn't it?
